100 Days

The Most Generous Returns Policy

We like to keep it simple. Our returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Package your return safely.
  2. Lodge it at your nearest post office.
  3. We receive the return, and physically inspect it.
  4. Once inspected, we process your return automatically.

Once you have completed a return of your product, our team will assess it within 24 hours of it arriving back at our warehouse.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from this policy, and are not eligible for return:

  • Testers
  • Samples
  • Miniature, travel sprays, or any perfume under 20ml in size
  • Items purchased on sale, at discount, or using a promotional code.

Please note that for change of mind returns, you will be liable for the return postage. There is no restocking or handling fee. You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item.

A refund will then be credited back to your original payment method.
